Isleta El Espino is a privately owned eco-lodge set on a small, car-free island in Lake Nicaragua. We are committed to low-impact living, sustainability, and supporting our local community. Built by local craftsmen using natural materials, the lodge was designed to blend with the environment while providing comfort and a sense of escape.

Our mission has always been to live lightly on the land. Isleta El Espino is powered by solar energy, sources fresh, local, and often organic ingredients, and supports nearby farmers, artisans, and workers. From handmade furniture to eco-friendly systems, every detail is chosen with intention.
