ISLETA EL ESPINO
Opened in 2015, Isleta El Espino is a private island ecolodge in Lake Nicaragua just off the coast of the colonial city of Granada. With five guest rooms, the lodge features a swimming pool, yoga platform, kayaks, spa services, an intimate bar, and dining. We are just minutes away from the center of Granada and an array of activities including hiking, boating, horseback riding, dining, shopping, and exploration. Isleta El Espino is off-grid with power courtesy of the sun.
Each of our 5 guest rooms feature a private deck with lake view, mosquito net over the bed, screened windows, ceiling fan, closet safe, and private bathroom with hot water shower. The Treetop Rancho rooms are elevated into the canopy of our mango grove and overlook the pool and lake. These two side by side rooms each feature queen beds. The Bungalow offers privacy with views of the lush landscape and the lake beyond. This room features a queen bed and built-in sofa. The Casitas offer more seclusion with views of the lake and Volcan Mombacho. Each of these two rooms feature king beds and built-in outdoor sofa.
Indulge with a massage or other spa treatment during your stay. All services are provided by highly qualified and experienced professionals either in your room or in the massage ranchito. We can provide massages featuring a range of techniques, facials, mani-pedis, yoga (mornings only), and more. Check out the Spa Services page for for more info and pricing.
